I purchased your software, how do I download?
After purchasing you should log into your account and view your past orders. The Nigma Commerce item on your order will be a link to the download.
Are there any licensing restrictions with your software?
The only restriction we enforce is that you may use each purchase for just one instance. Other than that you are able to use your one instance to power unlimited sites/locations, manage unlimited products, customers, orders and/or invoices and also maintain an unlimited amount of administrators.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes! Please contact us for more information. Depending on the complexity of your custom installation and integration, we may perform the installation at no extra cost to you.
Are updates free and how do I get them?
Updates are and always will be free for our customers. We have a laundry list of features we are working hard to integrate to our software so updates will be frequent. Some of these updates will be feature upgrades and others will be security updates. Both will be available by logging into your account and viewing your past orders. The download link for Nigma will be to the latest available version.
