Mary K Design Studio Case Study
The Mary K Design Studio uses Nigma to manage their billing and invoicing. Once an invoice is created in the Nigma administration panel it can be converted to PDF or emailed to the customer. The customer is then able to pay for the invoice through the Nigma Invoice Panel through a variety of checkout such as credit/debit card, Google Checkout or PayPal.
PDF Invoicing
Nigma is able to convert invoices into presentable PDF invoices. Nigma will store several templates (you can either modify existing templates or add your own). The invoice and customer data is automatically inserted into the PDF. The PDF can then be emailed to the customer as an email attachement.
Email Invoicing
Nigma allows Mary K Design Studio to easily
email invoices to customers. The invoices include a payment link to collect payment. If the services are set to automatic recurring billing, the invoices are automatically sent to the client.
